Privacy Policy
This site is operated by the operator of thehoabook.com. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we do with the information you send us. If anything here is unclear, contact us before you submit the form.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our contact form: name, email address, phone number, any message you write. We do not ask you to create an account, and we don't collect anything you don't hand us directly.
To keep the request from getting lost, we also record the site and page it came from, a random submission identifier, and timestamps showing when it was received and whether the notification email was delivered.
What we do with it
When you submit the form, your request is:
- Written to our private request ledger and emailed to us (the operator of thehoabook.com), so we can see, track, and respond to your request. That's where it stays — we don't pass it to a contractor or any other third party.
The ledger is not public. It exists so a mail outage or provider error cannot silently erase your request.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your request goes to us and stops there.
- We do not run advertising trackers or build a profile on you.
- We do not require accounts or passwords.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and which pages are useful. It may set first-party analytics identifiers in your browser. We do not use that data for advertising targeting, and the contact form does not require analytics or cookies to work.
Keeping and removing your information
We keep your request as long as it's useful for responding to you and for our own records. If you'd like us to delete what you sent, email us and we'll remove it from our records.
