Report an error
Everything here is compiled from public records, and public records are wrong sometimes — a state filing has a typo, a board changed last month, a phone number moved. Tell us and we'll fix it. Corrections are the job, not an interruption.
What helps us fix it fastest
- The page — paste the address of the page with the problem.
- What's wrong — the specific field or fact.
- What's right, if you know — and where you got it, if it's somewhere public.
You don't have to prove anything to report something. If you're on a board or run a district and want to correct the record properly, claiming your page lets you verify the listing and control the contact that title companies find.
How we handle records, so you know what we can change
Every fact on this site carries its source and the date it was pulled. That shapes what a correction means:
- If our copy is wrong — a misread field, a bad match, a stale phone number — we correct it directly and the page's date updates on the next build.
- If the state's record is wrong, we can't rewrite the state's filing, but we can note the discrepancy on the page and point at what you've corrected with the agency. We'd rather show the conflict than pretend it isn't there.
- If it's a name match we got wrong — the address lookup pairs recorded plat names with registered associations and districts, and we label how confident each match is. Tell us and we'll remove or re-point it.
