Listed here: 1,688 self-managed associations — every one whose state registration reports a real unit count (together 161,867 units, about 100% of all self-managed housing in the state), each with its registration record and the dues and collections figures it reported to the state. The few registrations that report no unit count join as roster refreshes supply their numbers — every page is built from the August 2026 roster pull, never scraped. And the Book no longer stops at the volunteer boards: all 8,493 of the state's registered associations with reported units now have pages — the 6,805 professionally managed ones are reached through the county hubs below, their management company's portfolio, or the closing check.
