The self-managed HOA directory

Colorado's registration roster lists 1,717 self-managed associations — volunteer-run boards responsible for 160,488 housing units and every status letter those units' sales require. Almost none of them are findable by search. This directory fixes that, straight from the state's own records.

Listed here: the 442 largest self-managed associations (50+ units — together 138,219 units, about 86% of all self-managed housing in the state), each with its registration record and the dues and collections figures it reported to the state. Smaller associations are added as we verify and enrich their records — every page is built from the July 2026 roster pull, never scraped. Looking for one that isn't listed yet?
