Find your HOA by address

The state roster tells you every registered HOA's name — but not which one an address belongs to. This lookup joins two public records to answer that: county parcel plat records (1,976,727 addresses across Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Elbert, Gilpin, Gunnison, Huerfano, Jefferson, La Plata, Lake, Larimer, Logan, Mesa, Montezuma, Morgan, Ouray, Park, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt, San Miguel, Summit, Teller & Weld counties) and the state HOA registration roster (August 2026). Type an address, get the parcel's subdivision and the association names that match it.

How this works — and what it can't promise

Every parcel in a covered county carries its recorded subdivision plat (as a field in the assessor's records, or resolved from the county's plat maps). Associations usually take their subdivision's name, so the two records line up often enough to be useful. The match is by name, labeled by strength on every result — it is not a title search, and a subdivision's boundary is not always the association's boundary. Before money moves on it, confirm with the association itself (every result links its registry page and registered contact) or order the status letter that makes the answer binding.

The lookup reports two kinds of governing body. Homeowners associations come from the state HOA roster; metropolitan districts — units of local government that levy a mill levy instead of dues — come from the state's district registry. A property can be in one, both, or neither, and the result says which. When nothing matches, that's an answer too: older city neighborhoods often have no governing body at all, some associations register under a different name than their plat, and unplatted land has no subdivision. Never a guess dressed up as a fact.
